At Labcorp, now including Invitae, we know that without genetic counselors, advancing personalized patient care through genetics wouldn’t be possible. But genetic counselors face significant challenges that impact their ability to do the work efficiently and effectively.
To better understand these barriers and potential solutions, we surveyed over 100 genetic counselors at hospitals, health systems and independent practices across the United States.
