Performance Assessment of the Labcorp® Plasma Complete™ Test for Comprehensive Genomic Profiling of Solid Tumors Through Liquid Biopsy

Labcorp® Plasma Complete™ is a comprehensive next generation sequencing (NGS), cell free DNA profiling test that identifies clinically relevant variants in advanced and metastatic solid tumors across 521 genes as well as microsatellite instability (MSI). Performance assessment of the Labcorp® Plasma Complete™ test demonstrated a high overall pass rate, identified variants in a majority of cases, and exhibited excellent specificity for various variant types, emphasizing its potential in guiding therapy selection for patients with advanced and metastatic solid tumors using liquid biopsy-based approaches.
