Doreen McHugh

Doreen McHugh is quality director and regulatory/quality subject matter expert for enterprise specialty services and quality director for esoteric business units (EBU). Doreen has been with Labcorp since 2011 and was quality manager over Colorado Coagulation.

Prior to Labcorp, Doreen worked at USDA which was involved in good laboratory practice (GLP) research work for the government. Doreen is currently working towards standardizing processes for clinical trials and EBU’s.  Doreen is a graduate of the University of Colorado.

Jennifer Haugh

Jennifer Haugh is a quality director who specializes in the quality management of the Northeast division. Jennifer has been with Labcorp since 2007. Jennifer joined Labcorp in the Tampa, Florida Regional Lab as a quality analyst and was promoted to quality manager in 2008. In June 2014, she relocated to New Jersey as quality manager in the Raritan, New Jersey, Regional Lab and was promoted to quality director in 2020.

Sanna Frost

Sanna Frost is the quality director of the West Division, and she specializes in quality systems, toxicology and process improvements. Sanna has been with Labcorp since March 2017.

Sanna previously worked as a quality and environmental health and safety consultant and quality manager focused on establishing sustainable quality and safety systems in compliance with CAP, ASCLD-LAB, ISO 17025, COLA, CLIA, among others. Sanna is a graduate of Smith College with a degree in neuroscience.

Joseph Ferreira

Joseph Ferreira is the director of quality systems, and he specializes in clinical laboratory regulatory requirements, laboratory management and Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Joe has been with Labcorp since December of 1989 and has held leadership positions in clinical laboratory, phlebotomy and quality management.

Teresa Cosolito

Teresa Cosolito is assistant vice president and quality director, and she specializes in quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Teresa has been with Labcorp for 23 years, all in the quality management arena.

ChrisSonia C. Winfree

ChrisSonia Winfree is a divisional quality director who specializes in providing oversight and guidance to divisional teams. Her guidance helps teams increase quality, maintain regulatory compliance, identify process gaps and develop opportunities for improvement. ChrisSonia has been with Labcorp since 1998, beginning as a technical trainee, advancing to laboratory manager of multiple locations, transitioning to quality manager for the National Office of Quality, and progressing to quality director in 2022. 

Wendy Bowden

Wendy Bowden is the Southeast Division’s clinical quality director. Wendy has been with Labcorp since 2000, working in various quality management roles.

Prior to joining Labcorp, Wendy began her career working in hospital and multi-specialty clinic laboratory settings. Wendy currently supports quality in the Southeast Division in a variety of testing locations including regional labs, hospital labs and physician office labs. Wendy completed her laboratory training at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. 

Steve Bonin

Steve Bonin is the quality director for toxicology/OTS and specializes in overseeing the quality management systems of the labs under his responsibility. He has been with Labcorp in this position since 2019, previously serving as director of quality systems for MedTox Laboratories for 11 years.

Jodi Evers Dewald

Jodi Evers Dewald is a senior quality director who specializes in partnering with various anatomic pathology departments to develop and drive best practices and efficiencies. Her passion for patient care is instrumental in analyzing root causes and corrective actions on established quality standards and sets quality gold standards for Labcorp. Jodi has been with labcorp since 1997 and recently joined NOQ in 2023.
